The National Bialowieza Park are full of animals and plants. There are more than 12 000 animal species and it is estimated, that only 50% of the fauna is discovered! 9000 species are insects, 250 birds, 331 spiders and 20 leech. In the deep forest, there can be found plants and animals, which lived only in Bialowieża's Park - for example an oak called "Tsar's Oak" which has 42 meteres high and 224 meters thin (normal oaks are thiner and lower).

One of my favourite places in Poland. The guided tour at 5am through the forest is stunning! Last time I was there, I saw a large herd of red deer, several wild boar and numerous birdlife. Amazing.

Biebranski is also nice...
