Today something funny -  brave, but a little crazy Polish guy on a digger -like on carousel.

During a summer heat wave, all the water in Warsaw is disappearing. What happens? No one knows. This mystery can by solved only by As (The Ace). Polish communist superhero!  Yes, Poland had a superhero, who was to be parody of the American ideals glorified in Superman an other US heroes. The Ace was created in "Hydrozagadka" (Waterpuzzle) movie ifrom 1971 In Hydrozagadga he solved a mystery of disappearing water.. Below You can find some fragment (full of specific humor and propaganda) of this film with The Ace.

The Ace is talking about what man should do with women.

"Very good, that You remeber. The women is always exposed to the danger! It's the mens duty to protected the woman and vice versa! give her care"

Zombie Walk is an interesting annual event in Poland in which hundreds of people dressed up as zombies march through the streets of Warsaw. It looks really scary, especially that sometimes they're fought by the army, which is of course fake. The whole thing looks very realistic, just like in zombie movies. Enjoy the videos.

Moreover, as a curiosity - did You know, that Krolewskie, one of the Polish beers, is produced in Warsaw ? Some people are even saying that beer is made from Wisła water, but according to information from producer site, it's not true. The biginnigs of this beer are from Middle Ages, but Krolewskie as brand appeared in 1970.

The winners of last edition of Polish "Got talent". Really amazing what man can do with his body. Great skills and perfection in manipulating of own musculature and balance. Worth to see.

"Polka" word means Polish women. There is phrase in common english: "polka dots" - which describes some sort of the dots on cloth. This term is sometimes believed to be connected with Poland, but truth is different. Watch the "Hot for Words" video, to investigate the origins of term "polka dots".

Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University (pol Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego - UKSW) - is one of the youngest state universities in Warsaw. Althought UKSW was founded in 1999, it has a lot of students. Those students made some time ago one of the best Polish LipDub to promote their university.
